My protein shake stayed icy cold for over four hours during my workout, and the leak-proof cap gave me zero worries tossing it in my gym bag. The straw makes sipping thick shakes effortless.

I love that the straw and cap are both leak-proof, which makes it easy to toss into my gym bag without worrying about spills. My protein shake stayed icy cold for over four hours during a long hike, which is exactly what I needed.

The leak-proof cap is a lifesaver—I tossed it in my gym bag sideways with a protein shake and not a single drop came out. Ice cubes from this morning are still floating around at 4pm, which honestly beats every other bottle I've owned.
